ACTION ITEMS - Council will consider/discuss the following items and take any action deemed necessary

• 2.Approve minutes from the regular meeting held July 22, 2026.

• 3.Receive Monthly Inspections Report from Public Works Department.

• 4.Receive Quarterly Parks Department Report 04.01.26 - 06.30.26. 

• 5.Receive update on park assignments from park board members.

• 6.Receive financial status report on the Parks and Recreation Department.

• 7.Receive update on ongoing 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).

• 8.Review and consider the Final Draft Master Parks Plan and make a recommendation to the City Council for Adoption.

• 9.Discuss Public Art Options for the Lighthouse Beach Restroom Building.
