ACTION ITEMS - Parks Board will consider/discuss the following items and take any action deemed necessary

• 2.Approve minutes from the regular meeting held July 23, 2025.

• 3.Receive Monthly Inspections Report from Public Works Department.

• 4.Receive update on park assignments from park board members.

• 5.Receive financial status report on the Parks Recreation Department.

• 6.Discuss Financial reports at Lighthouse Beach Campground.

• 7.Receive update on Recreation and Parks Board Master Plan.

• 8.Review proposed Parks 5-year Capital Improvement Plan and 2025-26 budget proposed for adoption by City Council on September 8, 2025.

• 9.Hear from the Calhoun County Youth Football League (CCYFL) regarding proposed/requested maintenance and upgrades to Ashley Field.
