ACTION ITEMS - Council will consider/discuss the following items and take any action deemed necessary

• 2.Approve minutes from the regular meeting held April 22, 2026.

• 3.Receive Monthly Inspections Report from Public Works Department.

• 4.Receive update on park assignments from park board members.

• 5.Receive financial status report on the Parks and Recreation Department.

• 6.Discuss the monthly financial report on Lighthouse Beach RV Park and Campground.

• 7.Receive update on ongoing 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).

• 8.Discuss the rules pertaining to the maximum duration of stay at the Lighthouse Beach.

• 9.Discuss Capital Improvements Project (CIP) for 2026-2027 Fiscal Year.

• 10.Receive presentation from Michael Sanchez and discuss public art opportunities though City Parks.

• 11.Receive updates on Ashley Field's ongoing updates.
