• 1.General discussion and hear statements from citizens.

ACTION ITEMS - Council will consider/discuss the following items and take any action deemed necessary

• 2.Approve minutes from the regular meeting held September 25, 2024.

• 3.Receive Parks & Recreation Operations and Maintenance report from Director of Public Works

• 4.Receive Monthly Inspections Report from Public Works Department.

• 5.Receive update on park assignments from park board members.

• 6.Receive financial status report on the Parks Recreation Department.

• 7.Review the adopted 2024-2025 Parks Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

• 8.Consider rescheduling the regular Recreation and Parks Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December  25, 2024 for another date since it falls on a scheduled City Holiday (Christmas Day).

• 9.Consider public complaints regarding dogs on the wetlands walkway at Lighthouse Beach and consider amending the Park Rules to address concerns.
