4.Motion to approve Resolution 21-56 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving enter into a professional service agreement for the phosphorus discharge optimization plan.
5.Motion to approve Resolution 21-57 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving the purchase of audio hardware and installation services from PCTech2U, Inc. in the amount of $13,500.
6.Motion to approve Resolution 21-59 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving the purchase of video equipment and installation services from PCTech2U, Inc. in the amount of $13,822.84.
7.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-38 An Ordinance authorizing the levy and collection of taxes for the general corporate, liability insurance, social security, and audit purposes for the fiscal year commencing on May 1, 2021 and ending on April 30, 2022 for the Village of Poplar Grove, Boone County, Illinois.
8.Discussion and possible recommendation to the village board to approve check disbursement for payments scheduled to be paid prior to November 30, 2021 in the amount of $321,681.22 in AP checks, $13,193.43 in insurance expense checks, $7,853.15 EFTS, and $170,902 payment for snow plow truck for a total of $513,629.80

12.Motion to approve Resolution 2021-62 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois authorizing the Village President to execute a vendor agreement with the City of Rockford, Illinois for participation in the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
13.Motion to approve Resolution 2021-63 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois resolving to accept a change order to the contract with Majestic Asphalt for repairs to asphalt walking path at Lions Park
