• 17.Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board to approve Ordinance 21-16 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois amending the Municipal code by amending title IV - public ways and property, chapter 1- streets, sidewalks and public ways, section 6-1A-1 - construction requirements and specifications
