• 3.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-13 An Ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove amending various provisions of Title 1 Administration, Chapter 6 Village Officers and Employees, Article A Village Clerk of the Village of Poplar Grove Code of Ordinances 

• 4.Motion to approve Resolution 21-36 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving a one time reduction for Liquor License fees for Lucky Dog Gaming Parlor

• 5.Motion to approve Resolution 21-22 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute and agreement with Sable Mechanical, LLC with regards to the lift station pump maintenance. 

• 6.Motion to approve Resolution 21-23 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an addendum to contract quote with Rush Power Systems, LLC for preventative maintenance work and services.

• 7.Motion to approve Resolution 21-24 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois agreements for periodic Public Works projects.

• 8.Motion to approve Resolution 21-25 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving an engagement letter with McMahon & Associates as Village Engineers.

• 9.Motion to approve Resolution 21-26 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve an engagement letter with Sosnowski Szeto, LLP

• 10.Motion to approve Resolution 21-27 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving repairs to the North Wastewater Treatment Plant not to exceed $25,000.

• 11.Motion to approve Resolution 21-28 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving engagement of B&F Code Compliance for Code Compliance and Building Inspection Services

• 12.Motion to approve Resolution 21-29 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute a contract with Bufalo Contracting, Inc. for roof installation

• 13.Motion to approve Resolution 21-30 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving purchase with Core and Main and Stenstrom for repair of a fire hydrant.

• 14.Motion to approve Resolution 21-31 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois authorizing the Village President and Village Administrative Staff to perform necessary Village banking functions.

• 15.Motion to approve Resolution 21-32 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to authorize Public bid letting for the Main Street & Park Street drainage improvements

• 16.Motion to approve Resolution 21-33 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to authorize Public bid letting for the West Grove Park improvements.

• 17.Motion to approve Resolution 21-34 A Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to authorize obtaining proposals for Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Repairs 

• 18.Motion to approve check disbursement in the amount of $194,113.45 in AP checks, $12,219.22 in Insurance Expense checks, and $7,853.15 in EFTS for a total of $214,185.82.
