• 2.The applicant is requesting preliminary plat approved for the two-lot Etes Subdivision.  The subject property is located southeast of West Edson Street and South State Street (Poplar Grove Road).  The approximately eight acres is comprised of two irregularly shaped lots (PINs:  04-19-351-010 and 04-351-010-013) with a drainage way running west-east.
