• 3.Discussion and possible recommendation to the village board to approve Ordinance 2021-24 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove authorizing a twelve month extension of the special use permit for a solar farm at 4324 Illinois route 173 (east half) previously approved by ordinance 2020-25 

• 4.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-25 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove authorizing a twelve-month extension of the special use permit for a solar farm at 2424 Illinois Route 173 (west half) previously approved by ordinance 2020-26

• 5.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-28 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois amending title 1 - administration, chapter 5 - village board of trustees,  section 1-5-4 of the village's code of ordinances

• 6.Motion to approve Resolution 2021-47 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an agreement for connection to the Village water supply with Oak Lawn MHP, LLC

• 7.Motion to approve water bill relief for 14023 Ashwin Lane 

• 8.Motion to approve check disbursement in the amount of $308,530.55 in AP checks, $13,193.43 in insurance expense checks and $7,853.15 in EFTS for a total of $329,577.13

• 9.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-29 an ordinance establishing the Village of Poplar Grove special service area number 1

• 12.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-26 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove amending title 1- administration, chapter 6 - village officers and employees, of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances to create the office of Village Collector 

• 13.Motion to approve Ordinance 2021-27 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove establishing the compensation for the office of the Village Collector
