• 1.Motion to approve the August 19, 2020 board minutes 

PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment is encouraged.  The Village Board will receive comments from the public, pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

NEW BUSINESS

• 2.Motion to approve Resolution 20-29 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to appoint an individual to fill a vacancy in the off of trustee

• 3.Motion to approve Resolution 20-30 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove appointing individuals to fill a vacancy in the Planning and Zoning Committee 

• 4.Motion to approve Resolution 20-32 a Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving the  annual audit for fiscal year May 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020   

• 5.Swearing in of David Allgood and James Wehrle for Trustee 

• 6.Swearing in of Jason James Vodnansky and Dan Cheek for Planning and Zoning Commission 

• 7.motion to approve commercial electricity agreement bids, Rock River Energy  

• 8.Motion to approve Resolution 20-31 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to award construction contract for main and Washington improvements

ADMINISTRATION & ZONING, TRUSTEE QUIMBY

• 9.Motion to approve Ordinance 20-21 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove amending section 6-2-6 and 6-2-4-5A of the Village of Poplar Grove code of ordinances regarding the combined waterworks and sewerage system 

FINANCE AND PUBLIC WORKS, TRUSTEE MILLER

• 10.Discussion and possible recommendation to the Village board to approve check disbursement  in the amount of $107,098.10 in in AP checks, $13,001.79 in Insurance Expense checks, and $7,853.15 in      EFTS for a total of $127,953.04

• 11.Motion to approve Ordinance 20-22 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois adopting local coronavirus urgent remediation emergency support program financial support conditions and certifications 

• 12.Motion to approve Resolution 20-28 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to award the contract for phase II clean and televise sanitary sewer.
