1.Motion to approve minutes from the October 12, 2020 Special meeting and October 21, 2020 Board meeting

2.Motion to approve Ordinance 20-29 an ordinance amending the code of ordinances for the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois, Title 1, Administration, Chapter 5, Village Board of Trustees, Section 1-5-4, Committees
3.Motion to approve Ordinance 20-31 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois approving an authorizing the Village to enter into a third renewal to lease agreement for the real property located at 100 S. State Street Poplar Grove, Illinois

4.Motion to approve check disbursement in the amount of $349,564.81 in AP checks, $9,836.44 in insurance expense checks, and $7,853.13 in EFTS for a total $$367,254.40
5.Motion to approve Ordinance 20-30 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois amending the temporary suspension of the disconnection of water and sewer service in light of COVID-19 Pandemic. An ordinance to reinstate water shutoffs for nonpayment of accounts in arrears of at least $250 (amending from the previous amount of $500) due to COVID-19.
6.Motion to approve IML membership 2021 renewal in the amount of $675.00

7.Motion to approve Resolution 20-40 a Resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an agreement with Bufalo Contracting for framing and carpentry work necessitated by COVID-19 in the amount of $11,900.00
8.Motion to approve Resolution 20-41 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the purchase and installation of office workstations and seating with Boss Office Products in the amount of $9,824.47
9.Motion to approve Resolution 20-42 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the purchase and installation of drinking fountains and bottle filler, auto-flush toilets, electronic faucets, and auto-flush urinals with Pearson in the amount of $12,905.00
