NOTICE

THE LIBRARY BOARD FOR THE TOWN OF PONDER, TEXAS, WILL HOLD A REGULAR SESSION MEETING AT 9:00 A.M. ON FRIDAY OCTOBER 31, 2025, IN BETTY FOSTER PUBLIC LIBRARY, AT 405 SHAFFNER STREET, PONDER. 

REGULAR SESSION AGENDA

CALL TO ORDER

OPEN FORUM FOR CITIZEN INPUT (Please limit to 5 minutes per person and if you wish to speak on a particular agenda item, please list the agenda item next to your name).

This is a time for the public to address the Library Board on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Library Board from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hours’ notice. Issues raised may be referred to Town Staff for research and possible future action.

• 1.Discussion regarding the creation of an official library board policy manual.

• 2.Discussion and possible action of Library Charter and adjustments that might need to be made regarding organization and terms of members.

• 3.Discussion regarding current needs of the library.
