  2. B.Motion to approve Pay App No. 002 to D&M construction, in the amount of $32,989.50, for Lincoln Heights Windows Project, as recommended by QUAD3. 

  3. C.Motion to approve Pay App No. 003 to D&M construction, in the amount of $196,798.50, for Lincoln Heights Windows Project, as recommended by engineer QUAD3. 

  4. D.Motion to approve Pay App No. 001 to D&M construction, in the amount of $11,812.50, for Main Street Facade Project, as recommended by QUAD3. 

  5. E.Motion to approve Pay App No. 001 to D&M construction, in the amount of $5,165, for Main Street Facade Project, as recommended by QUAD3.

  9. I.Motion to authorize Fifth Addendum to Purchase Option Agreement for Fort Pittston School with McKissick Properties LLC for $140,000 advance of stabilization funding and extension of purchase option.

  10. J.Motion to approve lease with Reba and Stephen Kolbeck DBA Pittston Popcorn for 8 Cron St in the amount of $900 / $1000 / $1100 for a 3 year lease until 8/31/2029
