  2. B.A motion to the transfer of fund and approval of the Treasurer’s Report. 

  3. C.A Motion to Accept and place on file the Audit of Federal Awards, commonly referred to as the “Single Audit” for the year ending December 31, 2023 as issued by Joseph Alu & Associates, Scranton, PA, the city’s appointed Independent Auditor.

  4. D.Motion to approve Pay Application 1 in the amount of $109,800 for Hadley Construction and Pay Application 2 in the amount of $99,810 for Hadley Construction, for Pittston Memorial Library and Former Presbyterian Church Repairs Project as recommended by Quad 3.

  5. E.Motion to approve the transfer of 190 S Main Street (72-E11SE1-044-001-000) to the Pittston Redevelopment Authority.

F.Motion to approve Change Order #1 for the Willow Street Sewer Project as recommended by project engineer Pennoni Associates and also to approve emergency tree removal along the stormwater conveyence culvert at the end of Bolin Street by Weidlich Tree Service required to implement Change Order #1.

H.Motion to approve the purchase of two Police Department (2) Chevy Tahoes from Valley Chevrolet under Commonwealth of Pennsylvania CO-STARS purchasing program; the trade-in of two (2) Ford Police Interceptors for a total credit of $17,000 and the remaining balance to be financed with 5 year lease purchase agreements at 5.94% interest with Community Leasing Partners, Manhattan, Kansas and authorizing the city administrator, mayor, controller, solicitor and chief financial officer to execute all necessary documents associated with the same.

  9. I.Motion to authorize the City Administrator and Chief Financial Officer to work with the consulting team and to proceed to seek a financial package and issuance of debt for City projects and the Market & Main/New American Theater project.

  10. J.A motion to accept and authorize the execution of engagement letter from Kaufman Dolowich LLP.
