  2. B.A motion to award a contract to Mr. Rehab, LLC., Three Long Lane, Mechanicsburg, Pa 17050, as recommended by special consulting engineer Pennoni Associates, under the Commonwealth Co-Stars Program, contract 016-E22-220, for the relining of the sewer main on Sand Street from Church Street to David Alley in the amount of $43,925.50, with funding to be approved via budget amendment resolution at the June Regular Council Meeting.

  3. C.A motion to approve a Fire Equipment Lease Agreement between The Pittston Volunteer Firemen's Association and the City of Pittston for 2008 Sutphen SPH-100 Aerial Tower.
