J.A Motion to approve, accept, and authorize the proper officers of the City of Pittston to execute an Agreement between the City of Pittston and Hughestown Borough upon the final review and approval by the City Solicitor and Special Counsel, resolving and settling matters of mutual concern requiring cooperative resolution including but not limited to a stormwater matter in and near Division Street and the establishment of a Rate Stabilization Fund.
