  1. A.Approval to Update Alaska Department of Transportation Needs List

    Manager Giesbrecht requests Assembly approval to update the ADOT Needs List as noted on the attached spreadsheet. Green denotes an addition of a project to the list; red denotes a request to ADOT to delete the project from the list. 

  2. B.Purchase of High Pressure Valves for the Blind Slough Hydroelectric Project

    Utility Director Hagerman requests approval to purchase high pressure valves for the Blind Slough Hydroelectric project from B&K Valves as recommended by project engineer McMillen Jacobs.

  3. C.Approval of Letter to Coast Guard Regarding a Formal Lease Agreement

    Assembly Member Tremblay requests approval of a letter to the Coast Guard authorize Manager Giesbrecht to pursue a formal lease agreement for housing units to help meet housing needs of first responders and other individuals in Petersburg. 

  4. D.Approval of Mountain View Manor Director Hire

    Manager Giesbrecht recommends the hire of Derrick Casey to fill the MVM Director position at an annual salary of $80,000.
