  1. A.A.                Consideration on remand from the Board of Adjustment an application from Central Council Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska (CCTHIA) for a minor subdivision at 1200 HAUGEN DR (PID: 01-012-010).

  1. A.A.                Consideration of applications from Skylark Park LLC for:
    •                a platting variance from the lot frontage requirement for Lot 1 of the proposed subdivision allowing for creation of a flag lot.
    •                a platting variance from the requirement for aa 40’ dedicated right-of-way along for 30’-33’ dedicated rights-of-way with 5’-7’ slope easements.
    •                a preliminary plat for a major subdivision at Lot 15B, Fort Magill Subdivision, recorded as Plat 2004-14; Gov’t Lot 14, Gov’t Lot 20, Gov’t Lot 21 within Section 33, T58 South, R79 East; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, Block A and Lot 5A, Block 221, within Skylark II Addition Subdivision, according to Plat 90-14.
