  1. A.Ordinance #2021-12: An Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of Electric Utility Revenue Bonds in an Aggregate Amount not to Exceed $7.8 Million to Finance the Blind Slough Hydroelectric Refurbishment Project and the Scow Bay Standby Generation Project and Directing That This Matter be Submitted to the Voters for  Consideration at the Next Regular Election to be Held on October 5, 2021 - First Reading

    If adopted, Ordinance #2021-12 will add the Electric Utility Revenue Bond Issuance matter to the October 5th ballot.

  2. B.Award Recommendation-Scow Bay Generation Design Study

    Utility Director Hagerman recommends that the Borough Assembly award a contract to Electric Power Systems, Inc. for completion of the Scow Bay Generation Design Study for a cost not to exceed $32,163.00.

  3. C.IBEW Contract Renewal

    The Borough Assembly will consider approval of the IBEW Collective Bargaining Agreement.
