A. Board Member Malena Marvin would like to discuss:

Public notice & Parks & Rec Advisory Board notification for department infrastructure projects.

Establishing process for when Parks Department actions trigger notification to public for review via Parks and Rec Board meeting agenda.

This agenda item is meant to address previous and current concerns from members of the public that Parks & Rec Department has proceeded privately with actions that public and/or Board members would like to have prior notification of and an opportunity to comment on. 

B. Director Payne would like to add

Forest Service RAC grant authored by the local Watershed Coalition for signage at Sandy Beach.
