1. A.Appeal Filed by the Central Council of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska; under PMC 18.36.030, alleging a failure of the Planning Commission, Sitting as the Platting Board, to consider its Application for Minor Subdivision relating to a portion of US Survey 1168.

   The Assembly, sitting as the Board of Adjustment, shall consider and decide the appeal and any appropriate remedy. A written Decision, with Findings of Fact, is required. A memorandum from Community Development Director Cabrera is enclosed, with a further explanation regarding a Decision.
