1. A.Art Education Endowment Funding Request: Water Color Workshop - An amount not to exceed $1000 is requested for a 3 session watercolor workshop class with Pia Reilly that is scheduled for late October. Funds will be used for supplies and instructor fees. The spendable amount available is $9,332. The fund guidelines are attached.

2. B.Art Education Endowment Funding Request: Youth Guitar Workshop - An amount not to exceed $200 is requested for a 4 session youth guitar class taught by Dan Sullivan that is scheduled for the fall. Funds will be used for instructor fees. The fund guidelines are attached.

6.Discussion Items

1. A.The next book sale is scheduled for Saturday Oct 1, 11am-1pm. Book sale revenues from the carts in the library from 6/1-8/31 were $363.60.
