5.Request to adjust water services billed to 305 Williams St in the amount of $678.00 due to a leak.
6.Request to dispose of the following items in the Public Works Dept.

305E2CR Mini Excavator - Trade In for $32,000 toward new Mini Excavator
7.Request to set a Special Exception hearing date of May 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for property located at 256 Collins Rd.
8.Request to authorize acquisition of 4/100 of acre of Forrest County Tax PPIN 35539 and 1/100 acre of Forrest County Tax PPIN 29167 for a combined total of $3500.00, to pay any 2022 taxes on the portions purchased, and to authorize attorney Jessica Vaughn to conduct title search, title confirmation and closing of said parcels, all for Old Richton Rd intersection widening project. Determine the value of $3500.00 to be fair market value and just compensation; Authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to complete the transaction and issue manual checks in payment upon closing the transaction.
