6.Request to grant the following variances for the 3-D School located at 120 S George St per the Planning Commission recommendation:

Allow reduced number of parking spaces that what is currently required.

Allow for existing parking spaces to be reconstructed along the roadway and to allow backing into the roadway.
7.Request to pay Estimate #4 in the amount of $42,296.95 to Warren Paving Inc. for 2021 Street Overlay per Shows, Dearman & Waits recommendation.
8.Request to purchase Caterpillar 250kw Standby Generator per Sourcewell quote in the amount of $64,016.00.
9.Request to accept the Service Agreement with Cintas for uniforms per State Contract #8200044758.
10.Request to reimburse Tommy Thornton in the amount of $180.00 for towing expense.
11.Request to accept the resignation of Employee # 12283 effective Oct. 21, 2021.
12.Request to accept the resignation of Employee # 09395 effective Nov. 8, 2021.
13.Request to dispose of one (1) Dewalt Reciprocating Saw, Asset # 2225, in the Water Dept.
