There will be a special meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the date and time listed above in the board room at City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is as follows:

• 1.Request to approve the following: 

  (1) the proposed representation of the City in an eminent domain proceeding by attorney Chris Howdeshell, and

  (2) approval of the Order to condemn a certain parcel related to the Matthews Branch sidewalk project.

• 2.Request to accept MOU with MDOT extending the deadline for obligation of Matthews Branch Project.
