BID AWARDS:               

• 2.Discuss action to award the Stormwater Maintenance Project located at 122 Larrimore Lane to CSTE, Inc. in the amount of $60,569.33. Quotes for this project are utilized under the FY 2025 Stormwater Infrastructure Replacement and Repair Unit Price Contract. Funding for this project will be allocated from Stormwater Department General Funds. The project is located in Post 4.

• 3.Discuss the approval of the purchase of an E-60 R2-Series Bobcat Compact Excavator from Bobcat of Atlanta, Inc. in the amount of $89,299.69, under the Sourcewell Contract. This purchase was approved in the FY 2026 Capital Budget for Paulding County DOT and will be funded using the General Funds budget.

• 4.Discuss action to approve the purchase of one (1) 2026 Ford F-450 4x4 flatbed truck from Hardy Family Ford, in the amount of $66,525.00 utilizing the State Contract pricing for the Department of Transporation.

• 5.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to enter into a Contract with Magnum Construction for the first phase of construction of the Richland Creek Reservoir Park in the amount of $3,912,567.48. Funding will be allocated from SPLOST. This project is located in Post 4.

• 22.Approve the Board of Commissioners to accept 0.18 miles (975 feet) of the extension of Airport Parkway for perpetual maintenance and inclusion in the County public road system. The Parkway is located in Post 2.

• 23.Adopt Resolution 2026-02 authorizing the submission of a Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Grant Application to the Atlanta Regional Commission for scoping projects for East Dallas Bypass and West Dallas Bypass, and Safety Action Plan implementation for Bill Carruth Parkway and Holly Springs Road. These project locations are in Post 1, Post 2, Post 3, and Post 4. 

• 24.Reappoint Dan Nolan to the Paulding County Industrial Building Authority with a term of January 13, 2026 through December 31, 2028.

• 25.Discuss action to appoint Chris Wheeler as the Post Commissioner appointment to the Board of Ethics with a term ending December 31, 2029.

• 26.Discuss action to approve the Development Agreement with Epcon Seven Hills, LLC for relocation of the water main from under Dallas-Acworth Highway to the back of the right-of-way extending to the newly installed 16-inch water main. The supplied materials from the County will be in the amount of $183,408.00. The project is located in Post 1.

• 27.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-01 Establishing the Qualifying Fees for Local Offices and Authorizing the Publication of Same.

• 28.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to execute Options to Purchase Right of Way for the Sale of Realty for Parcel 26 – Parcel ID 031.4.2.030.0000 in the amount of $120,000.00 and Parcel 50 – Parcel ID 031.2.4.038.0000 in the amount of $106,000.00, Cedarcrest Road Widening Project; PI 0013700. Funding will be from SPLOST with reimbursement of up to $5,000,000.00 from the Federal Highway Administration. The Project is located in Post 1 and 4.

• 29.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to enter into a Supplemental Agreement with Kimley- Horn & Associates in the amount of $62,534.72 for Preliminary Engineering Design services for the Gold Mine Road at SR 101 Intersection Improvement Project. The project is located in Post 2. Funding will be from SPLOST.

• 30.Discuss action for the Board of Commissioners to accept donation of a 2025 Ford Mustang with VIN number ending in 1822 to Sheriff’s Office.
