Team Paulding: Employee of the Month Josh McCracken with GIS. 

The Board of Commissioners would like to present the Paulding 811 Day Proclamation to Paulding County Department of Transportation Utilities Division.

BID AWARDS:               

• 2.Discuss action to award the Paulding County Jail Bar Screen bid to IHC Construction Companies, LLC in the amount of $757, 100.00. Funding for this project will be allocated from General Funds. The project is located in Post 2.

CONSENT AGENDA:  Consideration of the following consent agenda items:

• 3.Authorize the Chairman to enter into a Development Agreement with Harmony Pasture, LLC, for the Harmony Ridge Subdivision, requiring the completion of a left turn lane at the intersection of Mulberry Rock Road and Holt Road prior to the issuance of the 88th Certificate of Occupancy for the development. The project is located in Commission Post 2.

• 4.Adopt Water System Job Classification for: AMI Meter Technician.

• 5.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-28 adopting the County M & O Millage Rate at 4.30 mills. 

• 6.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-29 adopting the Fire Tax Millage Rate at 2.10 mills. 

• 7.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-30 adopting the Bond Millage Rate of .80 mills. 

• 8.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-31 adopting the County School Tax Millage Rate at 17.800 mills. 

• 9.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-32 authorizing the Tax Commissioner to retain a 2.09% fee for the collection of School Tax.

• 10.Discuss action to adopt the FY 2027 Budget.

• 11.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2026-33 authroizing the submission of Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank (GTIB) grant application to the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) for construction funding for the Cedarcrest Road Widening Project, from Harmony Grove Church Road to the Cobb County Line, PA-036A, PI 0013700. This project is located in Post 1 and Post 4.
