DRAFT AGENDA

1.The September 22, 2026 Work Session Minutes and the September 22, 2026 Board Meeting Minutes are available for review.

2.Discuss action to award the purchase of Object First Hardware Expansion Unit with 3 years of support to SHI in the amount of $91,216.55.
3.Discuss action to award the FY 2027 Paulding County Right of Way Vertical Mowing Contract I to the lowest reliable bidder, AAA Landscape Management, in the amount of $103,881.70. Funding for this project will be allocated from General Funds. Project locations are in Post 1, 3, and 4.
4.Discuss action to award the Seven Hills Blvd at Naturewalk Pkwy Roundabout Project, to the lowest reliable bidder, Backbone Infrastructure, LLC, in the amount of $1,010,666.00. Funds for the project will be allocated from SPLOST. The project is located in Post 4.
5.Discuss action to approve the purchase of a T86 Bobcat Track Loader with mulcher head attachment for the Water System from Bobcat of Atlanta in the amount of $127,248.74. Funding for this purchase will be allocated from the Water fund.
6.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to execute an agreement with Queen Home Services for the Construction of Phase 2 at Union Park. The total cost of the project is $325,000.00. Funding for this project will com from SPLOST. The project is located in Post 2.

7.Authorize the Chairman to sign the acceptance of the Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (HEAT) Grant through GA Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) & National Highway Traffic Safety Administration(NHTSA) for the grant period October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027.
8.Authorize the Chairman to sign the acceptance of the Chirdren in Need of Services (CHINS) Grant through Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) for the grant period of October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027.
9.Approve the adoption of the proposed Development Division Fee Schedule.
10.Adopt Resolution 2026-43 to adopt the Title VI Plan update for 2026 in relation to Federal Transportation Funding.
11.Declare the following items listed as surplus, and approve their disposal through sale, auction, trade or government donation.

12.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to enter into a Supplemental Agreement with TRP Construction Group, LLC for the FY 2026 Safety Action Program Thermoplastic Line Striping Project to extend the contract by sixty (60) days and increase the contract amount by $11,932.00, resulting in a total contract amount of $222,990.75. The original project is funded through the FY 2025 GDOT LMIG - Safety Action Program (SAP) Grant and the required County match. The additional $11,932.00 will be funded by the General Fund. The roads included in this project are located in all Commission Posts.
