• 1.The October 14, 2025 Work Session Minutes and the October 14, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes are available for review.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: 

Team Paulding: Employee of the Month, Meghan Abernathy with the Public Defender’s Office. 

The Board of Commissioners would like to present the Public Safety Appreciation Award to Battalion Chief Nick Pullen of the Paulding County Fire Department.

BID AWARDS:               

• 2.Discuss action to award the FY 2026 Panasonic Toughbook Computer Purchase to the lowest responsive Bidder, Southern Computer Warehouse in the amount of $621,080.30 from the General Fund for 200 units.

• 3.Discuss action to approve the purchase of eight (8) Ford F-150's from Hardy Family Ford using State Contract pricing in the amount of $352,865.00 utilizing Water Funds and General Funds.

CONSENT AGENDA:  Consideration of the following consent agenda items:

• 4.Authorize the Chairman to approve and execute a Utility Easement with Greystone Power for  underground wiring and transformer to run to the Fleet Building. Project is located in Post 4.

• 5.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2025-38 confirming Executive Session from the October 14, 2025 Work Session Meeting for the purpose of Real Estate. 

OLD BUSINESS:            None

NEW BUSINESS:           

• 6.Discuss action to approve the change order to the TUSA Consulting Contract in the amount of $156,080.00 to extend their services through March 31, 2026.

• 7.Discuss action to approve the purchase of seven (7) Steamvault workstations from SHI System, Inc. in the amount of $69,287.33.

• 8.Discuss action to adopt Resolution 2025-39 authorizing the submission of Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program Grant Application to the Georgia Department of Transportation for the Cedarcrest Road Widening Project, from Harmony Grove Church Road to the Cobb County Line, PI 0013700. Project is located in Post 1 and Post 4.

• 9.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to enter into Supplemental Agreement #2 with BM&K in the amount of $220,850.00 increasing the contract to $1,617,225.00 for Right of Way Acquisition and Appraisal Services for the Cedarcrest Road Widening Project, from Harmony Grove Church Road to the Cobb County Line, PI 0013700. Funding will be allocated from SPLOST. The Project is located in Post 1 and Post 4.

• 10.Discuss action for the Board of Commissioners to approve the amended Paulding County Department of Transportation Left-Turn Lane & Right-Turn Deceleration Lane Technical Guidelines.
