• 1.The February 11, 2025 Work Session Minutes and the February 11, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes are available for review.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:   

Team Paulding:

The Board of Commissioners would like to present the Public Safety Appreciation Award to Deputy Bobby Kitchens with the Sheriff's Office. 

The Paulding County Board of Commissioners would like to recognize Jimmy Cole, with the Department of Transportation, for 36 years of service to Paulding County.

INVITED GUESTS:        None 

BID AWARDS:               

• 2.Award the Stormwater Maintenance Project located at 380 Spring Ridge Drive to W.E. Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $85,612.23. Funding for this project will be allocated from Stormwater Department General Funds. Project is located in Post 1.

• 3.Approve the purchase of a E60 R-2 Series Bobcat Compact Excavator from Bobcat of Atlanta in the amount of $83,450.00. This purchase was approved in the FY 2025 Capital Budget for Paulding County DOT and will be funded using General Funds budget under the Sourcewell Contract.

• 6.Discuss action to adopt an IGA with the City of Dallas to transfer the Helping Hands parcel and adjoining parking lot between W. Griffin Street and W. Spring Street to the City of Dallas.
