2.Discuss action to award the Mount Tabor Park Connectivity and Additional Parking project to Blount Construction Company LLC in the amount of $379,445.11. Funds for this project will be allocated from SPLOST. This project is located in Post

3.Discuss action to approve the execution of Encroachment No.: 0504-049TT-JRm-26-03 and Encroachment No.: 0504-049TT-JRM-26-04 with Colonial Pipeline company for infrastructure crossing the Colonial Pipeline. This project is located in Post 4.
4.Adopt the Sheriff's Office job reclassification for: Community Engagement and Events Coordinator.
5.Adopt the Tax Assessors job reclassification for: GIS Land Records Specialist.
6.Adopt the Department of Transportation Job Discriptions for: Traffic Operations Jr. Engineer, Traffic Analyst - Traffic Signals and Traffic Signs and Marking Supervisor.
7.Adopt the Solicitor General's job classification for: Victim Witness Coordinator.
8.Approve the following streets for perpetual maintence by the County:

9.Declare the following items listed as surplus, and approve their disposal through sale, auction, trade, or government donation:

10.Public Hearing for the Fy 2027 Budget.
11.Discuss action to award Kendall Supply, Inc. a contract for construction services to install a Sensus Base Station Sweetwater 911 Lattice Tower site in amount not to exceed $99,500.00 from the Renewal and Extention Fund. This project is located in Post 2.
12.Discuss action to approve the Development Agreement for Gateway South with Blue River Development, LLC for contribution of $568,021,89 to the Cadillac Reroute Project. This project is located in Post 3.
13.Discuss action to approve Change Order #1, Magnum Contracting LLC, in the amount of $438,328.00, for the removal of unexpected rock, addition of contrete flumes and additional access road. Funding for this project will be allicated from SPLOST. This Project is located in Post 4.
14.Discuss action to authorize the Chairman to sign the change orders from Hogan for the Fleet building. The total cost of the change orders is $44,445.88. The change orders include the sewer drop, parking lot remediation, additional framing, additional insulation, and the relocation of the Fire Alarm panel. Funding for this project will be allocated from General Funds. This project is located in Post 3.
