Convene to Executive Session
1.Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(f), for the purpose of discussing personnel matters related to the recruitment process and qualifications for the position of Town Administrator, and to meet with the recruitment firm Strategic Government Resources (SGR) assisting the Town in that process.
2.Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of conferring with the Town Attorney and the attorney representing the Town through its insurance carrier to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, and pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(e) and to determine the Town’s position regarding matters subject to negotiation, developing strategies and instructing negotiators, all in connection with the pursuit of attorney's fees against the unsuccessful plaintiffs in litigation initiated against the Town by Integrity Matters and others.
