Review Concept for Possible Annexation from El Paso County to Town of Palmer Lake, Matrix Design Group/Challenger Homes
The Town of Palmer Lake Board of Trustees and Planning Commission will hold a joint workshop for the purpose of listening to and asking questions about a possible annexation of land that may be proposed in the Town’s Hwy 105 Rural Campus Corridor portion of the Town. No annexation petition has been filed and no annexation has been formally proposed at this time. The meeting is purely for informational purposes to assist the party contemplating annexation in determining whether to move forward with submitting an annexation petition to the Town. Neither the Board nor the Commission will make any decisions or commitments at the workshop.
