Public Hearing

Mayor will introduce the item and hear the request from the applicant. Mayor will invite any public member wishing to speak for or against the request. Public should address the Board members directly while members listen. Applicant may provide closing remarks and Board members may ask questions of the applicant. Mayor will close the hearing. Board members will discuss under appropriate business item. If additional information or time is required, Board may continue the hearing to a particular date.
