Convene to Executive Session
A) executive session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), for the purpose of discussing matters subject to negotiation related to the recruitment process and qualifications for the position of Town Administrator, and to meet with the recruitment firm Strategic Government Resources (SGR) assisting the Town in that process.
B) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators under C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) – Twenty1Five LLC property purchase amendment to extend closing date.
