However, no formal action or discussion will be taken unless placed on a future agenda. The public is advised to limit discussion to one presentation per individual. While not required, please state your name and place of residence for the record. (Public Comments will be limited to three minutes).

6.COMMISSIONER REPORTS AND ACTION

  1. A.Report from Commissioner Rae Turnbull on the July “First Friday” Special event.The evening was well attended by approximately 50 visitors. The event was also live streamed for the Art Center’s Facebook page, and posted on various Social Media outlets.
                               

  2. B.Update from Commissioner Jill Elliott on the current status of the Art Center’s Patrons of  the Arts membership, whose annual dues help fund the Art Center’s
    various projects and events.

7.ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION OR ACTION

  1. A.Discussion and Action on membership rewards for the Patrons of the Arts, and also for our all-volunteer docent group. 

  2. B.Discussion and Action on setting dates for gallery Christmas decorating and for adding the Christmas Star to the city tree.
