NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Special Closed Council Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Monday, December 18, 2023, commencing at 6:05 p.m. or immediately following the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at City Hall, 118 Central Avenue North, New Prague, Minnesota, for the following purpose:

1.CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), to conduct a closed meeting (the meeting must be open at the request of the individual who is the subject of the meeting) to review the performance of an individual subject to the City Council’s authority, Joshua M. Tetzlaff, City Administrator.
