1.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Special City Council Meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Monday, July 1, 2024, commencing at 6:05 p.m., or as soon as possible after the Regular City Council Meeting, at City Hall, 118 Central Avenue North, New Prague, Minnesota for the following purposes:
2.CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 2(b), to conduct a closed meeting (the meeting must be open at the request of the individual who is the subject of the meeting) for preliminary consideration of allegations or charges against an individual subject to the City Council's authority, Mr. Dale Odenthal.
