   Specific Action Requested: Mayor Pro Tem may request motion to authorize the Town Manager to sign the TIP agreement subject to the Town Attorney's final approval.

2. B.Resolution R2023-06 Authorizing negotiation of an installment financing contract and providing for certain other related matters that includes the demolition of existing Fire Station No. 2 and the construction of a new Fire Station No. 2. (Manager Derian).

   Specific Action Requested: Mayor Pro Tem may request a motion to approve Resolution R2023-06.
