The Planning Commission wishes to advise the general public that all remarks shall be limited to three minutes per person during both the Public Hearing and Audience Participation portions of the meeting. Petitioners’ presentations shall be limited to ten minutes.
No person, other than a Commission member, shall address an issue for public hearing following the closing of that public hearing by the Chairperson (except during Audience Participation).

Public Hearing at the request of Armenian Cultural Center of Greater Detroit, Inc. for approval of Special Land Use, Preliminary Site Plan, Phasing Plan, Wetland Permit, Woodland Use Permit, and Stormwater Management Plan. The subject property is located at 41100 Twelve Mile Road (Section 12). The applicant proposes phased construction of a church and accessory cultural center uses including a day care center.
MATTERS FOR CONSIDERATION
Consideration at the request of Lifetime Fitness for Section 9 Façade Waiver. The subject property is located at 40000 High Pointe Blvd, situated south of Nine Mile Road and west of Haggerty Road (Section 36).
