Per Resolution 2020-48, Communications Media Technology (CMT) will continue to be available for the conduct of public meetings. The public may submit comments to the board through email (EconomicDevelopment@NewberryFL.gov) or by calling into the public comment message line prior to the meeting. Public comment will be taken by telephone for all non-ministerial items on which the Board votes. Once public comment is opened for an item under discussion, please use the raise my hand or Q&A feature in Zoom. If you are joining by phone press *9 to raise your hand. The meeting moderator will acknowledge your request and you will be unmuted to make your comment. Callers should state their name and limit comments to two minutes.

Legislative hearing on Ordinance 2021-15 to amend Sections 4.2.37.4.(3) & (5) and 4.2.37.9.(6) of the Land Development Regulations to extend the allowable length of stay in RV Resorts and Campgrounds from 90 days to 270 days, and to increase the number of Park Model RVs from 10% to 40% of permitted units.
Legislative Hearing: Ordinance 2021-10/Application LDR 21-07, an application by the City of Newberry, amending the text of the Land Development Regulations of the City of Newberry, Florida Code of Ordinances, to provide for a streamlined administrative approval process to allow permanent and temporary accessory structures within required rear yard setbacks based on specified criteria.
