2.Monday, November 8th, the City Commission will receive a presentation on a Historic Preservation Ad Valorem Tax Incentive Program and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board will discuss a Facade Grant Program. Both items are of interest to HARB members and those within the Historic District.
