• 6.Adding Building Permit Fees to the City’s Annual Fees, Rates, and Charges schedule.

  Legislative Hearing, Second Reading: Ordinance 2022-49, an ordinance to remove Building Permit fees from the City Code of Ordinances, and allowing Building Permit fees to be approved by Resolution during the annual budgeting process, and added to the City “Fees, Rates, and Charges” schedule.

• 7.First reading of amendment to the Land Development Regulations text establishing the Public Facilities zoning district.

  Legislative Public Hearing, First Reading: Ordinance 2022-59/LDR 22-20, and application by the City of Newberry to amend the Appendix B, Article 4 of the City of Newberry Code of Ordinances, and add Section 4.23 of same to establish the Public Facilities zoning district.

  Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 2022-26, an application by Mark L. and Betty D. Clark to vacate a portion of a 50-foot public right-of-way known as Southwest 2 Avenue, between the CSX Railroad right-of-way and Southwest 252 Street, as dedicated on the Original Newberry Plat (Plat Book A, Page 129) on lands lying in the corporate limits of the City of Newberry.
