• 2.A request to alter the exterior of a building within the Newberry Historic District.

  Quasi-Judicial – Resolution CA 2021-01/Application CA 21-01, a request by Lee and Casey Mason, Owners, for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow alteration of the exterior of a building (ArchAngel Gunsmithing & Outfitters), at 25720 W. Newberry Road (Tax Parcel #02163-002-000), located within the Newberry Historic District.

• 3.A request pertaining to new streetlights within the Newberry Historic District, in conjunction with FDOT’s State Road-26 One-Way Pairs project.

  Legislative Hearing – Resolution CA 2021-02/Application CA 21-02, a request by the City of Newberry for a Certificate of Appropriateness pertaining to the design of streetlights to be installed in conjunction with FDOT’s State Road-26 One-Way Pairs project. The new streetlights will run the length of the project from approximately State Road 45 on the east to County Road 337 to the west, a portion of which is located within the Newberry Historic District.
