• 1. City Commission Executive/Strategy Session for Labor Negotiations

  The City of Newberry Negotiation Committee and the City of Newberry City Commission will hold a closed executive session on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 6:00 P.M., at City Hall, 25440 West Newberry Road, Newberry FL, 32669. Pursuant to F.S. 447.605 this meeting is closed and exempt from Sunshine Laws.

   This meeting may be attended by: Mayor Jordan Marlowe, Commissioners Monty Farnsworth, Tony Mazon, Tim Marden, Ricky Coleman, and Mark Clark , and the Labor Negotiation Committee consisting of City Manager Mike New, Assistant City Manager/CFO Dallas Lee, City Attorney Scott Walker, Fire Chief Mike Vogel, HR Generalist Tracy Fair, and legal consultant Brian Koji.

  This session will constitute a closed executive session concerning collective bargaining labor negotiations between the Firefighters of Newberry IAFF Local 3852, and the City of Newberry as authorized by Section 447.605, Florida Statutes.
