NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
A quorum of the members of the New Braunfels Utilities (“NBU”) Board of Trustees (the "NBU Board") may attend the City of New Braunfels City Council meeting on Monday, May 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM at New Braunfels City Hall, 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
No formal action will be taken by the NBU Board.
This meeting is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the NBU Board, but because a quorum of the NBU Board may be in attendance, this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act in the event that any NBU-related business is discussed.
CERTIFICATE OF POSTING
I, Ryan Kelso, Secretary to the Board of Trustees, do hereby certify that this Notice of Possible Quorum was posted on a bulletin board at a place convenient to the public at the City of New Braunfels City Hall, 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, Texas; the New Braunfels Utilities Main Office, 263 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas; and the New Braunfels Utilities Customer Solutions Center, 1488 South Seguin Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas, on the 5th day of May 2026, and remained posted continuously for at least three business days before the scheduled date of the meeting.
