• 6.Authorize the CEO or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute a Construction Contract with Viking Painting LLC for the Construction of the Water Tank Rehabilitation Phase 2 – Newks Elevated Storage Tank Project in the Amount of $1,393,700.00 Plus a $140,000.00 Contingency for a Total Budgeted Amount Not to Exceed $1,533,700.00 

• 7.Authorize the CEO or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute a Construction Contract with Crom CFG Industries, LLC for the Construction of the Water Tank Rehabilitation Phase 2 – Kerlick Elevated Storage Tank Project in the Amount of $1,788,243.65 Plus a $180,000.00 Contingency for a Total Budgeted Amount Not to Exceed $1,968,243.65

• 8.Authorize the CEO or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Utilis Inc., dba Asterra, for Satellite Leak Detection Services for an Initial One-Year Term in the Amount of $145,000.00, with up to Four Additional One-Year Renewals for a Total Contract Amount Not to Exceed $725,000.00

• 9.Adopt Resolution #R-2026-224 Authorizing and Approving (I) the Conveyance of Three Easements to Lower Colorado River Authority Transmission Services Corporation (“LCRA TSC”) Totaling Approximately 3.853 Acres Out of Property Owned by New Braunfels Utilities at 434 Maytown Drive, New Braunfels, Comal County, Texas, in Furtherance of the Kohlenberg Substation Project; (II) the Partial Assignment of a Separate Access and Utility Easement to LCRA TSC Benefiting the Foregoing Property; (III) the CEO or His Designee to Execute Any and All Documents Necessary to Effectuate the Conveyance Thereof; and (IV) Other Matters in Connection Therewith

• 10.Approve Resolution Amending Authorized Representatives of NBU for Texas Local Government Investment Pool Transactions
