THE PUBLIC MAY ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE TELEPHONICALLY AS THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC LOCATION FOR ATTENDING IN PERSON. THE AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF THESE MEETINGS MAY BE POSTED TO THE MSWD WEBPAGE FOLLOWING THE MEETING.
