It is recommended to adopt Ordinance 2026-01, updating the allowable daily rate of compensation for the Board of Directors pursuant to Water Code 20202 et seq.
It is recommended to adopt Resolution No. 2026-16 and authorize the General Manager to sign and execute agreements and necessary supporting documents with the State Water Resources Control Board for the Septic to Sewer Conversion of the Indian Canyon Mobile Home Park.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to execute an Agency Services Agreement with Hunter Johnson for regional CV Water Counts communications support in an amount not to exceed $157,000, approve a $139,500 augmentation to the Public Affairs Budget, and establish a $139,500 reimbursable job to administer program costs and collect reimbursements from participating agencies.
It is recommended to approve Amendment No. 2 for Willdan Engineering to add services to the existing On-Call Contract for an amount of $1,429,387.
It is recommended to accept the Regional Sewer Conveyance Line Project as complete and authorize the release of retention monies held for Downing Construction, Inc., in the amount of $197,057.98, including any subsequent escrow account accruals, thirty-five days after the filing of the Notice of Completion (NOC).
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to execute a one-year contract for On-Call Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services, in an amount not-to-exceed $100,000.00, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms, subject to negotiated price adjustments, with each of the following contractors: 1) Amtek Construction, in an amount not to exceed $100,000; 2) GA Technical Services Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,000; and 3) Leed Electric Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,000.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to execute a one-year contract for On-Call Potable Water and Sanitary Sewer Repair Services, in an amount not-to-exceed $100,000.00, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms, subject to negotiated price adjustments, with each of the following contractors: 1) Giles Engineering, in an amount not to exceed $100,000; 2) Kirtley Construction Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,000; and 3) Tri-Star Contracting II Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,000.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to execute a one-year contract for On-Call Well Maintenance and Repair Services, in an amount not-to-exceed $200,000.00, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms, subject to negotiated price adjustments, with each of the following contractors: 1) Layne Christensen Company in an amount not to exceed $200,000; 2) L.O. Lynch Quality Wells & Pumps, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $200,000; 3) South West Pump & Drilling, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $200,000; and 4) Weber Water Resources in an amount not to exceed $200,000.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to approve Amendment No. 6 to the professional service contract agreement with Kenwood Energy for Solar O&M Services RFP in the amount of $9,993.50, plus a 10% contingency for a total of $10,992.50. The amendment will increase the contract amount from $30,000.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $40,992.50.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to execute a general services contract agreement with Kenwood Energy for the Renewable Energy Credit Request for Proposal, in an amount not-to-exceed $23,281.25.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to approve Change Order No. 3 to the contract with Photovoltaics California for the Little Morongo & 19th Ave. RES-BCT Solar Site Repairs Project in the amount of $137,833.06, plus a 10% contingency, for a total of $151,616.37. This action will increase the contract amount from $324,752.20 to a not-to-exceed amount of $476,368.56. It is also recommended that the Board approve augmenting Capital Job No. 11900 by $228,000, for a total project budget of $561,881.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to execute a one year ESRI Small Utility Enterprise Agreement for the ESRI Advantage Program, in an amount not to exceed $65,150.
It is recommended to authorize the General Manager to approve a capital budget augmentation of $132,570.00 creating a project number to cover material and installation costs for the Well 34 Downhole Equipment Repairs project.
