1. A.Applicant, Brightland Homes of Tennessee, LLC has submitted an application for Southbend Crossing mass grading plan consisting of 58.71 acres. The property is zoned R-3 High Density Residential and a portion zoned R-2 Medium Density located off South Cross Bridges Road and the corner of US 43. The property is further identified on Tax Map 133 Parcel 01.01 recorded in Book R3049 Page 645.

2. B.Brightland Homes of Tennessee LLC has submitted a letter requesting a one-year extension for the Southbend Crossings Preliminary Plan approved on September 10, 2024.
